Unless otherwise noted, the Encoder Modes/Mode Packs listed on this page are compatible with any Arsenal-powered Control Surface script that has Encoders (aka knobs, sliders or faders). Also, the System Requirements and Purchasing Info are the same for all Modes/Mode Package on this page.
Each Encoder Mode dictates the functionality of the controller's Encoders and Encoder Accessory Buttons (typically a set of buttons beneath its Encoders).
Each Encoder Mode is briefly described on this page. For complete details about how each Encoder Mode works within a particular Arsenal-powered Control Surface script, please refer to the script's user manual.

Sets up the Encoders for controlling properties (such as Loop Position/Length and Transposition) of the selected Clip on the current Track.
The Encoder Accessory Buttons are used for triggering user-assignable actions via our powerful ClyphX Pro script.
Includes 4 Modes for controlling parameters of the selected Device. These Modes work in conjunction with each other to allow you to control up to 32 Device parameters simultaneously.
In all of these Modes, the Encoder Accessory Buttons are used for moving between Banks of parameters to control and for navigating between Devices.

Includes 2 Modes for controlling parameters of the selected Drum Rack Pad on the current Track.
In both of these Modes, one of the Encoders is used for navigating between Drum Rack Pads. The Encoder Accessory Buttons are used for triggering the selected Drum Rack Pad and incrementally navigating between Drum Rack Pads.

Includes 3 Mutable Modes that utilize HazMapping to control parameters in different ways.
Includes 12 Modes for controlling Mixer-related parameters. All of these Modes (aside from the Track and Track Route Modes) operate either upon the Tracks within the Grid Selector (surrounds the 8 Tracks being controlled) or the first 8 Return Tracks.
Unless otherwise noted, in all of these Modes, the Encoder Accessory Buttons are used for selecting Tracks.
